Kenneth Starr Presents Evidence of Clinton's Affair

The legal counsel with an alleged personal vendetta against President Clinton delivered to Congress a 445-page report detailing the affair between Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. Three months later, on December 19, the U.S. House of Representantives imeached Clinton, charging him with perjury, obstruction of justice, and abuse of power. On February 12, the Senate acquitted him.
